Beginning July 1, 2019, each physician or osteopathic physician renewing their controlled substances registration will need to have completed two (2) hours of continuing education in the topic of opioid prescribing and opioid abuse.

Before purchasing any course, please read the following information: To purchase a course, you will need to register an account with The Virtual Lecture Hall (VLH). The cost of VLH courses is $25 per one credit. For example, a one credit course = $25 and a two credit course = $50. Please know your desired credit amount before registering for an account on the VLH site, as you will need to provide your credit amount and subsequent payment during the registration process.
